Terms of Services

Payment Terms:

• Payments are accepted in EUR or USD, with pricing adjusted proportionally across all currencies.

• Full payment must be made in advance via PayPal before receiving the track.

Service Guarantee:

• Every client, regardless of order size, will receive top-quality service and attention to detail.

​

Track Length & Revisions:

• If the final track exceeds the requested duration, there will be no extra charge as long as you’re satisfied with the result.

• You can request up to three free revisions. Any additional revision beyond that will cost 15% of the total order price per revision.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Before Delivery: A full refund is available if the cancellation is requested within three days of payment.

• After Delivery (No Revisions): No refunds will be issued once the track has been delivered if no revisions have been requested.

• After Revisions: If the order is canceled after at least three revisions, a 50% refund will be granted.

Track Usage & Restrictions:

• Tracks may only be used in audiovisual projects and cannot be resold under any circumstances.

• The project must not contain illegal content, and crediting me as the composer is required.

Acknowledgment:

• By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
